I’m Helen Wang.
Originally from China, I’ve been lucky to have lived here in New Zealand since 2001.
Residential property in New Zealand, and more-specifically in Hamilton, represents incredible opportunity for wealth creation, or, at the very least, residential property is a wonderful pathway toward a better lifestyle for those with enough foresight to ‘get involved’.
I’m attracted by the positive outcomes that buying or selling homes offer, and that’s why I recently made a career transition from banking to real estate.
My nine years finance experience, along with a Masters of Management Studies (Hons, Waikato University), helps me confidently deal and negotiate settlements with both vendors and potential buyers.
It’s my commitment to listen intently to the needs of you as my client, and gain a good understanding of your needs, goals, and aspirations; this is important, because when dealing with others on your behalf, my highest priority will be to ‘walk in your shoes’, seeing situations and communicating ideas from your perspective.
My other priorities include holding true to my personal values, with honesty and trust a core part of who I am.
Be assured that at all times I’ll act in my client’s best interests, while at the same time fairly dealing with both seller and potential buyers. Up-front, clear communication is key to my continued success.
I’m mindful too that attention to detail, problem solving, and effective negotiation is also key to win-win outcomes for sellers and buyers.
Aside from my immediate goal of selling my next listing for the best possible market price, my longer term goal is to be the go-to agent when it comes to knowing that latest trends and opportunities in the market.
Good research, networking, and forever building my list of potential clients and buyers are three of my background objectives. I want you to know that ‘I’m working for you’ at all times, not just when it comes to listing and selling your property!
